Client Renovation

We are starting a new series on homes that our clients have renovated. When searching for a new home, clients often become frustrated because they can't quite find exactly what they want. The kitchen counters aren't the right color, the bathrooms are outdated...the list can go and on. But if the location is appealing and the price is right, then a renovation should be strongly considered.

This home was stuck in the 80's. Brass fixtures and boring white tile in the bathrooms. Dark kitchen cabinets with formica countertops. The space and floor plan  suited the large family perfectly, but they wanted an updated home. Check out the amazing transformation.

vs.
Bright and airy foyer

Perfectly fine kitchen, but wouldn't you rather have this one?!

Ceasarstone countertops are perfect for an active family.

Now for the master bath...

Before

After...

New spindles and banister

This tile was used in a child's bath

Old den...
vs. new den with updated mantle, French doors, paint, and furniture.

So the moral of the story is to not overlook an outdated, unexciting house. Make it your own!
